What started from helping my friends and family navigate the murky waters of technology has now turned into this blog.
I’m focused on sharing my expert advice to simplify your buying choices when it comes to products related to complicated technology.
Welcome to HowToFirestick! I’m Sean Horton, a self-proclaimed tech and TV geek from Austin, Texas.
I’ve been interested in the world of technology ever since I was a kid. I used to get my dad to buy me different types of tech gadgets so that I could dismantle them and put pack together. This advanced to me building new toys out of existing ones while combining different parts.
While my parents and friends weren’t impressed at the time, I think this quirk of mine was what lead me to study mechanical engineering and mechatronics and dedicate my life to this field.
From a passion project to now a full-time blog, my aim is to:
